Lawyer and mediator
As a lawyer, I provide legal assistance in resolving legal situations in real, mandatory, contractual, land registry and inheritance law, as well as company law. All this on the basis of lifelong education, and experience in resolving various disputes (establishment and protection of ownership rights and servitudes, interference with possessions, contractual relations, compensation for damages, inheritance law relations), conducting non-litigation procedures (inheritance, execution, land registry, etc.), drafting contracts and changes in companies.
After twenty years in the business, I have seen that it is many times beneficial for the parties to try to settle the dispute amicably before starting court proceedings. There are also some life and business problems that are labeled as legal, but cannot be resolved by the court, or by anyone other than the parties themselves. Because of this, as a certified mediator, I believe that mediation is an excellent path to a legal and fair solution for all parties involved. Whether it is a business or personal matter, I try to help you design solutions that save you time, money and eliminate stress due to the length of court proceedings, while satisfying the interests of all parties.
